I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed by Cassidy. We have a long circular driveway in Andover that had an existing (but deteriorating) asphalt surface. Dan gave us two prices for doing the work. Remove the existing material and redo the driveway or remove loose asphalt, score and resurface guaranteed for five years. We chose the later and based upon the results – depth of surface, finishing work required for forming asphalt around numerous curves that edge out gardens and lawn – the work was excellent. A call to Dan this winter noting spots where water was pooling and some difficulty with a sliding barn door was responded to with a promise to correct the same in the spring. I would use them again without hesitation.

I am an independent asphalt/soils inspector and tester for engineers and building contractors. I have worked with many asphalt paving crews over the last fifteen years. I had the pleasure of working with your crew on a office Building project in Lexington MA. in the summer of 2006. From that experience I decided that this was the crew that I wanted to pave my driveway.
We experienced a soft sub-grade at my residence and the crew made every effort to stabilize the soil with ballast rock. Because of the experience of the rakers and the screed operators there are no joints visible or segregation on the hot laps. The end product is very aesthetically pleasing. As a person that works in this industry, I appreciate good workmanship and a structurally sound product and I feel Cassidy Corp. produced both on this project.

Very happy with Dan who provided a very detailed estimate to install my new driveway. Silva was good to work with for the job set up. Very personable. Also impressed with their warranty and how they do business. Crews were good and besides, the paving supervisor is a guy called “Squash”. Yup – not kidding. Just a good experience all around. Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is the crew left some asphalt junk in the street that fell off the machines. Not a deal breaker, but could have been a little neater cleaning up – a customer shouldn’t have to scrape that up.
